Photopolymer Resin is our standard material for SLA 3D Printing. The term ‘Photopolymer Resin’ might sound complex, but it simply refers to a type of liquid plastic that hardens when exposed to light, like a laser beam. In the SLA process, this resin is exposed to a laser beam, transforming it into solid objects. The result often resembles an object emerging from a glass of water!
General Use: Standard Resin is ideal for aesthetic projects requiring highly detailed parts. While objects produced with this resin boast intricate detailing, they tend to be somewhat brittle.
